Meeting highlights from the August 9 City Council meeting include:
- Discussing the upcoming community survey during the City Council study session. The survey will be distributed to residents this fall to gather feedback on a variety of city-related operations and topics.
- Approving a resolution calling for a special election on November 8, 2022, to ask Castle Pines voters whether to allow the City to enter into partnerships to improve telecommunications services, such as high-speed internet. Currently, state law prohibits City involvement in telecommunication services.
