As we approach deck-building season, we often see a significant rise in deck permit applications. To assist homeowners and contractors within the City of Castle Pines, the City'sĀ Building Department is offing a FREE clinic to help applicants navigate the building permit process and provide instruction intended to keep deck projects flowing smoothly from start to finish. This information will be based on the 2021 International Residential Code. One lucky attendee will be eligible to win one FREE deck building permit, with all associated fees waived by the City.
