- Approving amendments to the City's fee schedule for the 2023 calendar year.
- Approving a professional services agreement with Ulteig Engineers for on-call professional engineering services.
- Approving a professional services agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group to provide land development review engineering and construction inspection services.
- Approving replat applications for both Canyonside Filing No. 2. and Canyons Filing No. 3.
- Approving a resolution that approves a letter of intent to sell Lot 4 of the Lagae Family Trust Minor Development to Castle Pines Proton LLC for a 20,000-square-foot proton cancer treatment facility.
- Approving a bid acceptance for the construction of Pronghorn Park and Disc Golf Course, including roadway access to the property and related stormwater improvements.
Approving Change Order No. 1 to the 2023 Professional Services agreement between the City and Ulteig Engineers.
