September Planning Commission Meeting

As we continue to practice social distancing for your health, the safety of this community and our staff, Planning Commission meetings will be hosted virtually until further notice. Visit our Planning Commission website to register for the September 24 meeting and to download our Electronic Meeting Participation Policy.

Public Comment:

For the purposes of this electronically held Planning Commission Meeting, the City will be accepting written public comment as well as live public comment during the public hearing period.  Written public comment may be submitted on or before 5 pm September 24, 2020, to tobi@castlepinesco.gov. Each written public comment will be read on record by the City Clerk at the time public comment is opened.

If you wish to provide your comments live during the meeting, visit our Planning Commission website to register for the virtual meeting. During live public comment, one individual may speak at a time.

If on a laptop/tablet:

During the time written public comments are being read, please use the Chat feature in Zoom to request the opportunity to speak and verify your name and address. You will be placed in a queue and given your allotted three minutes to speak as an individual, or five minutes on behalf of a group.

If calling in via phone:

After the written and live comments have been given, the last four digits of each phone number will be recognized and given the chance to speak, one by one. Please verify your name and address before giving your comments - three minutes as an individual or five minutes on behalf of a group.
