Former Safeway site sold to investment firm

The former Safeway site, located southwest of I-25 and Castle Pines Parkway, was recently sold to an investment firm. The City’s understanding of the new owner's future plans includes parking lot improvements and backfilling the former Safeway tenant space. The City will share additional details as they become available.
