Opting out could result in increased broadband speeds, more competitive pricing, improved economic development, and more.
Council will also discuss a proposed extension of the Douglas County Open Space Sales and Use Tax that is under consideration by the Douglas County Commissioners. The discussion will include information about how new parts of the proposed extension could benefit Castle Pines residents by increasing funding for City parks, trails, and open spaces.
