Meeting highlights from the Nov. 8 City Council meeting include:

• • Approving a resolution to adopt the City's 2023 budget.
  • Approving a resolution to set the City's mill levy at 4.5 mills to pay for law enforcement expenses for the 2023 budget year. The City's mill levy has remained at 4.5 mills since incorporation in 2008.
  • Approving a resolution in support of Colorado Gives Day in Douglas County. Colorado Gives Day is Dec. 6, 2022.
