The City of Castle Pines has an exciting opportunity and is inviting qualified applicants to apply for the position of Permit Technician. The Permit Technician position is responsible for performing a variety of customer service duties, including assisting with Right of Way (ROW), GESC, and development permits; and management of work orders while being dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. The Permit Technician also provides general clerical and administrative support to the Public Works Department, including billing assistance, document review, and document management. The salary range for this position is $53,947 to $72,828 per year. The City offers an excellent benefits package, which includes health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
