The City of Castle Pines recently submitted two grant applications for transportation projects. These projects include:

    • Monarch Boulevard Bike Lanes from Winter Berry Place to the northern City limits
        • Work includes engineering design, environmental work, and construction of new six-foot-wide bike lanes, intersection improvements and crosswalk markings on Monarch Boulevard between Winter Berry Place and the northern City limits.
    • Design activities for improvements to the I-25 and Happy Canyon Road interchange
        • Work includes engineering design and environmental work for the replacement and modernization of the I-25 and Happy Canyon Road interchange and nearby infrastructure.

As a part of the funding request, the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) is seeking public input on all of the projects in the Denver Metro that applied for funding through this grant process.
