- Approving an amendment to the professional services agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group for design services related to the I-25 and Happy Canyon Road interchange reconstruction project.
- During the study session, the Council discussed several topics, including:
- City Council district redistricting due to population growth.
- City Council stipends.
- Campaign finance rules.
