Castle Pines Roadway Design and Construction Standards
The Castle Pines Roadway Standards present the minimum design and technical criteria for the analysis and design of roadway facilities and infrastructure. All subdivisions, re-subdivisions, planned developments, or any other proposed construction submitted for acceptance under the provisions of the City’s Municipal Code, shall include adequate roadway system analysis and appropriate roadway system design. Such analysis and design shall conform to the criteria set forth herein.
Options to the provisions of these Roadway Standards may be proposed by the Applicant. It shall be the responsibility of the Applicant to demonstrate that the options meet or exceed the minimum criteria contained in the document.
