Parks and Recreation Advisory Board

The City of Castle Pines Parks and Recreation Advisory Board makes recommendations to the City Council on different parks and recreation programs, parks and recreation legislative policies, updating the City’s Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan, as well as policies for the acquisition, development, and improvement of recreation, park, and play facilities. The Board consists of five citizens from various backgrounds who are appointed by the City Council. The Board meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. in the Douglas County Library, 360 Village Square Lane in Castle Pines or virtually.

Written comments must be submitted to natalie.darrow@castlepinesco.gov by 4:30 p.m. the day before a meeting. Comments received after 4:30 p.m. the day before a meeting will NOT be distributed to Parks and Recreation Advisory Board for the upcoming meeting.
