Mayor Tracy Engerman has issued an official proclamation recognizing Constitution Week, Sept. 17–23, 2026.
This year, Sept. 17 marks the 239th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution, commemorating the work of the Constitutional Convention and the document that established the framework for our nation’s government.
Constitution Week provides an opportunity to reflect on the principles outlined in the Constitution, the rights and responsibilities of citizenship, and the role we all play in our democracy.
