Any changes to account information must be reported to the City within thirty (30) days. Business Licenses are NOT transferable and a new application must be submitted with a change in ownership.
This application has been examined by me and the statements made herein are true, correct and complete. I understand that any incomplete, false, misleading or fraudulent statement may be grounds for denial of a business license.
