The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board held a meeting on May 15. Meeting highlights include:
- A consultant presentation about phasing options for the Lagae Road and Happy Canyon Road roundabout monument and associated landscaping.
- A discussion about additional enhancements to Phase One improvements to Coyote Ridge Park.
- A discussion about possible next steps for initial improvements to Soaring Hawk Park.

About the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board
The City of Castle Pines Parks and Recreation Advisory Board makes recommendations to the City Council on issues related to parks and recreation, including legislative policies, the City’s Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan, as well as policies for the acquisition, development, and improvement of recreation facilities. The Board consists of five residents from various backgrounds who are appointed by the City Council. The Board meets on the third Thursday of every month at 4:30 p.m. in the Castle Pines Library, 360 Village Square Lane in Castle Pines, or virtually.
