The Castle Pines City Council held a meeting on May 12. Meeting highlights include:
- Approving the assignment and transfer of the City's 2026 private activity bonds allocation to the Douglas County Housing Partnership.
- Approving an amendment to the professional services agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for on-call land development review and general engineering services.
- Approving an amendment to the 2025 budget and approving supplemental appropriation for the 2025 budget year.
- Approving an amendment to the 2026 budget and approving supplemental appropriation for the 2026 budget year.
- Approving an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan to update the City's Three-Mile Plan.
- A study session presentation about private activity bonds.
- A study session presentation about the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code.
