July 28 City Council Meeting Wrap-Up

The Castle Pines City Council held a meeting on July 28. Meeting highlights include:

  • Approving the Romar West, 3rd Amendment Replat.
  • Approving the Castle Pines North Filing No. 27, 7th Amendment Replat.
  • Approving the Castle Pines North Filing No. 27 8th Amendment Replat.
  • Approving the Castle Pines North Filing No. 17A, 1st Amendment Replat.
  • Approving the Castle Pines North Filing No. 30 Plat.
  • Approving the Castle Pines North Filing No. 16, 1st Amendment Replat.
  • An update from the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
  • During the study session, the City Council discussed the draft Annexation Policy and is scheduled to consider its adoption at the August 11 meeting. Council also decided not to explore automated vehicle identification system enforcement.
