Castle Pines Town Center

The Castle Pines Town Center is a 354-acre planned development which allows for a mix of land uses including parks, open space, trails, schools, civic, community, commercial, retail, agricultural, up to 475 single family residences and 200 multifamily residences. The property is located on the northwest corner of Happy Canyon Road and I-25, west of I-25, east of Castle Pines Village and south of Castle Valley.
