Land Development Process

Community Development staff provides customer service for all development that occurs in the City. Staff coordinates the review of development applications and provides information related to the development process to residents, developers, realtors, and other interested parties. Staff works diligently to ensure that development is consistent with the vision and goals of the City’s Comprehensive Plan and contributes to the long-term well-being of the Castle Pines community.
