The Castle Pines City Council held a meeting on July 14. Meeting highlights include:
- Approving a professional services agreement with Logan Simpson Design Inc. for the 2026 Comprehensive Plan update.
- Approving a change order to the construction contract with HEI Civil Shared Services, LLC for the Castle Pines Parkway westbound reconstruction project.
- Approving the award of a construction contract to Colorado Designscapes, Inc. for the Phase 1 improvements to Coyote Ridge Park.
- Approving an amendment to the lease agreement between the City and the Castle Pines North Metropolitan District for the lease of the Castle Pines Community Center.
- Approving a change order to the construction contract with Schmidt Construction Company for the 2026 Pavement Maintenance Program.
- A study session to discuss the draft Annexation Policy document. City Council will hold another study session on July 28 to discuss the draft policy.
