The Castle Pines City Council held a meeting on September 23. Meeting highlights include:
- A study session about commercial development.
- An update from the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
- Approving the acceptance of a permanent drainage easement from Shea Canyons, LLC, connected to The Canyons Filing No.3, 4th Amendment.
- Approving a construction manager services agreement with Kraemer North America, LLC for the I-25 and Happy Canyon Road interchange project.
- Approving an intergovernmental agreement with Douglas County to accept $600,000 in financial contributions for the construction of the roundabout at Buffalo Trail and Monarch Boulevard.
- Approving a design concept for a monument feature at the roundabout at Happy Canyon Road and Lagae Road.
